What happens in the room?
We meet monthly. We check in on business and life, learn together, and process real issues. Between meetings, there is one-to-one time with me. Action items are tracked so nothing gets lost.
The conversations that matter.
Do I have the right people? How do my partner and I get on the same page? Am I the ceiling on this company? How do I step back without everything falling apart?
Our group, not mine.
I set the room and protect it. I push for the real issue underneath the presented one, keep us honest on commitments, and model the vulnerability I ask for.
Rising leaders need a room, too.
Ongoing leadership development helps managers become more self-aware, delegate without taking the work back, and practice the conversations they’ve been avoiding. Less lecture, more practice and dialogue.
